Prince Albert SK – The Prince Albert Raiders have acquired 17-year-old defenceman Riley Guenther from the Tri-City Americans in exchange for a 5th round draft pick in the 2013 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft.
Guenther has appeared in 10 games for the Americans this season, collecting 1 assist and 6 penalty minutes. Last year, the Calgary, Alberta product split time with the Americans and the Calgary Northstars in the Alberta Midget Hockey League. In 29 games for the Northstars, Guenther recorded 8 goals and 9 assists along with 22 penalty minutes.
