MHL offers condolences on passing of Ron Gaudet Sr.

Press Release 

The Maritime Junior Hockey League wishes to offer condolences to the Gaudet family on the recent passing of a former New Brunswick hockey icon Ronald Gaudet. Gaudet, who passed away November 29th at the age of 85, had a major impact as a player and coach as sports played an important role in his life. Mr. Gaudet's son Ron Gaudet Jr. is the Head Coach and General Manager of the Meek Division Campbellton Tigers.

"On behalf of the Maritime Junior Hockey League I wish to offer our sincere condolences to Ron and his family on the loss of Ronald Gaudet Sr.", commented MHL President Derryl Smith. "Mr. Gaudet was an inspirational hockey figure and a true gentleman who was liked by many people in the communities he touched."
