Rymarchuk Dealts to Colts

Press Release

The Owen Sound Attack is announcing that forward Devon Rymarchuk and a 7th Round Draft Pick in 2013 has been dealt to the Barrie Colts in exchange for a 6th Round Draft Pick in 2013 and a 9th Round Draft Pick in 2015.

The return of Artur Gavrus and the acquisition of forward Steven Janes on Monday meant that the Attack had fifteen forwards on their current roster.

“Moving Devon to Barrie will provide him an opportunity for more ice and a chance for an increased role.”, stated Attack General Manager Dale DeGray. “We wish Devon nothing but the best and wish to thank him for all of his hard work.”

Rymarchuk was in his second season with the Attack after being a 5th Round Draft pick of the Attack in 2010. The Niagara Falls, ON native tallied one goal and five assists to go along with 111 penalty minutes in over 88 games in two seasons.
