The Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League is pleased to announce a group of citizens from Warman have expressed interest in obtaining a new franchise in the SJHL. If approved the new team would start play in the 2014-15 season.
In order to determine the support for a new franchise in Warman, the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League has agreed with the group of Citizens from Warman for them to conduct a viability/feasibility study to determine if there is sufficient support from the citizens and corporate community.
The group will be soliciting citizens to determine a season ticket base and soliciting the corporate community to determine sufficient corporate support.
The viability/feasibility process will be commencing shortly.
