On Sunday, February 10th, Pine Ridge Estates and Canadian
Lumber will present the Detroit Red Wings Alumni and Friends as they
take on the Winkler Flyers Alumni and Friends at the Winkler Recreation
Complex at 3pm.
Former NHL stars like Dennis Hextall, Dennis Polonich, Reid Larson,
Perry Miller, Mike Ford, Waybe Babych, Ray Neufeld, Rick Loeb, Jimmy
Mac, Bob Fitcher, Trevor Kidd, Thomas Steen and Jordy Douglas will be on
hand to take on some of the Flyers of the past and other local hockey
heroes.
Tickets for this event are just $10 and can be purchased during
Friday’s Winkler Flyers home game against Steinbach and at the door on
February 10th. Children six and under are free.
Come and cheer on some of your favorite hockey heroes of the past.
